It is very common to use the 24-hour system when telling time in Germany.
If you want to say the exact time you will meet someone or something happens, you will use the preposition "um".
While in English you will say "half past four", the half mentioned in German is calculated backwards, so "halb fünf" in German means "half past four" in English.
Stunde in German means hour, as the duration of time. Uhr on the other hand, means "clock" (an object) or "o'clock" (when expressing current time).
You can just see a short sentence with three verbs: muss, schlafen, gehen. In German (as in English) you can go to sleep, go for a walk, and so on. In German, you would say "schlafen gehen" or "spazieren gehen".
When you are going to a country, you will use "nach" + country. Even though "Italien" is a neuter noun with "das" as a definite article, you don't use a definite article here.
